COMPLETELY RENOVATED! A QUAINT CABIN ON THE WATER!

This custom 41’ x 11’ houseboat was completely renovated in 2002 and is ready for dockside lodging.

Originally a 1971 Stardust, this boat was completely refitted with a new steel hull, floor crossmembers, and ribs by Sailabration houseboats in Powell, TN. They also built the new “house” consisting of new fiberglass walls and roof, as well as windows and sliding glass doors.

She is furnished with two futons which convert into berths, two Coleman reverse cycle air conditioners, GE refrigerator, BROWN oven/stove, Westinghouse microwave, Purasan Head w/ shower, Rinnai water heater, and all of the space you need for a comfortable stay on the water.

She is powered by a 1985 Evinrude 88 HP outboard engine and a Honda EU 3000 IS inverter.

The bow, aft, and upper deck provide spacious exterior seating and lounging.

Located at Tellico Harbor Marina in Vonore, TN available for showing by appointment only.

Her slip is non-transferable.
